Recently, we had the opportunity to work with Decision Soccer, a leading youth soccer camp company. Decision Soccer is renowned for combining expertise and passion to create a dynamic learning environment for young players. Their primary goal was to showcase the excitement and scale of their soccer camps in a memorable way, particularly for tradeshows, meetings, and other promotional events. Here’s how we helped them bring their outdoor soccer experience to life through interactive marketing.
Decision Soccer operates at the forefront of youth player development, focusing on elevating skills and fostering a love for the game. Targeted at young aspiring athletes, their camps emphasize technique, teamwork, and perseverance. When they approached us, they wanted a unique marketing tool that not only captured the spirit of their training sessions but also highlighted the scale of their inflatable soccer field setup.
Their objective was clear: create an interactive experience that could be showcased at tradeshows, meetings, and other promotional events. Traditional photos and videos simply weren’t capturing the full scope or the energy of the camps. They needed something more dynamic, immersive, and above all, memorable.

Project Scope and Implementation
To meet Decision Soccer’s needs, we leveraged several innovative tools and platforms:
- Virtual Reality with Meta Quest 3: A powerful headset that delivers immersive, high-resolution experiences.
- 360 Photography and 360 Video: Allowed us to capture the scale of the soccer fields and helped bring users directly into the action.
- GoPro Video and Drone Photography: Offered unique vantage points, showcasing the camps from both ground-level and aerial perspectives.
- Virtual Tour Software: Tied everything together, enabling us to create an interactive environment with call-out overlays, pop-ups and embedded videos.
We developed two distinct virtual environments to transport viewers into Decision Soccer’s world. The first was an elevated 360° view, showing the impressive scale of the inflatable fields from above. The second placed the user right into the action with a 360° field-level photo during a match, allowing them to experience the energy of a real training session. On top of these visuals, we integrated pop-up overlays highlighting key camp features, and direct links to video content that further underscored the benefits of Decision Soccer’s programs.
Our Role and Approach
As we oversaw every step of the project, from conceptualization to final delivery, we focused on three main areas:
- Strategy: Understanding Decision Soccer’s objectives and designing an experience that met those goals.
- Design: Creating visually compelling content that remained consistent with Decision Soccer’s branding and ethos.
- Development: Integrating the photography, videos, and overlays into a cohesive virtual tour, accessible on the web but more importantly via Meta Quest 3.
To ensure seamless brand alignment, we utilized a custom brand wrap on the VR headsets and controllers. This allowed the Decision Soccer logo and color scheme to be front-and-center, reinforcing their brand identity.

The Process
- Conceptualization: We began by mapping out exactly what the VR experience should convey.
- Media Capture: We attended a Decision Soccer event to shoot 360° photos, 360° videos, drone footage, and ground-level GoPro shots.
- Post-Production: Using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere, we refined every visual element and then compiled the media in virtual tour software, adding interactive hotspots and links to additional resources.
- Implementation: The final interactive environment was loaded onto (2) Meta Quest 3’s.
Outcomes
This VR project has significantly enhanced Decision Soccer’s brand visibility. The high resolution 360° visuals and interactive overlays showcase the excitement, scale, and dynamic nature of their camps in ways that static images and traditional videos could not. Attendees at tradeshows and meetings will be able to step onto the field and experience the fun of Decision Soccer camps firsthand, creating a lasting emotional connection. This approach will also allow Decision Soccer to stand out among competitors, boosting engagement and potential enrollment in their youth soccer programs.
